This DUAL SPORTS Clinic combines two of New England's premier youth training programs into one high-energy experience.
Shooting For Excellence Basketball, founded in 1993, helped develop thousands of athletes and became one of Massachusetts' most respected basketball camps. Now, founder Dave Powell Jr. is bringing that tradition back to Needham alongside PHD Volleyball, one of the region's leading volleyball training organizations.
Each session includes:
- 70 minutes of high-repetition volleyball training
- 70 minutes of elite basketball skill development
- Fast-paced instruction, competition, and game-based learning
- Expert coaching in a positive, challenging environment
Led by Dave Powell Jr. and Joe Camozzi, two longtime educators and coaches with decades of experience developing young athletes, this clinic emphasizes skill development, confidence, teamwork, and a love for competition.
Designed for boys and girls looking to become more complete athletes, the Dual-Sport Clinic is more than just another camp—it's an opportunity to train with purpose, have fun, and be part of the return of a legendary community program.

Shooting for Excellence has a strict NO REFUND policy and no refunds (partial or full) will be issued under any circumstance. To protect your registration payment in the event that you are unable to participate due to an injury, illness, transportation difficulty, or other covered reason, Vertical Insure strongly encourages you to consider purchasing Registration Cancellation Insurance. This will provide relief from the "No Refund Policy" by refunding your registration costs should an incident occur. Registration Cancellation Insurance has no deductible and the cost of insurance is a small percentage of the program fee.
